The all-level Vinyasa flows Devon leads at Embody Retreats offer an integrated blend of practices for harmonizing the body, mind, heart, and energy. Vinyasa is a modern yoga form that evolved from the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, and is a progressive sequence of asanas (postures) that flow with the breath. This connection cultivates balance, flexibility and strength in the body, while reducing stress and encouraging awareness. The sequence is lovingly designed to carry you through an experience of your own body, breath, mobility, and inner stillness. The invitation is to meet yourself in the sacred space of your own practice and presence, with attuned guidance.
